Dr. Jackson has lived in Montgomery most of his life. He received his undergraduate degree from Huntingdon College, majoring in chemistry and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of AL-Birmingham 1984. He has practiced in the Montgomery area for over 27 years. Dr. Jackson is well known and respected among his peers in the optometric field and has served in various elected positions in the Alabama Optometric Association. He speaks frequently to civic groups and organizations promoting vision care and the vital role optometry plays within the health care arena. Dr. Jackson holds licenses to practice in the states of Alabama and Florida and his areas of specialty includes treatment of dry eye syndrome and nutritional eye care, and management of refractive surgery patients. He underwent LASIK several years ago with excellent results and gives our patients a personal perspective on this amazing procedure. Dr. Jackson enjoys mountain biking and fishing in his free time.
Dr. Harris graduated with a degree in biology from Auburn University at Montgomery and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the UAB School of Optometry in 1994. He holds licenses to practice in Alabama and Georgia. He is certified and experienced in the treatment of many ocular diseases such as glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, macular degeneration, and eye infections. He provides comprehensive eye care and is deeply involved in the management of patients desiring laser vision correction. When not in the office, Dr. Harris stays busy with his 2 sons and is currently pursuing a Masters degree at The University of Alabama. He is an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoys turkey and duck hunting.
Dr. Rossi is originally from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He attended Auburn University and graduated cum laude with a degree in Zoology. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from UAB in May 2003 and joined the Primary Eye Care family in June 2006. Dr. Rossi provides comprehensive eye care at our Montgomery and Prattville offices and has a special interest in managing ocular diseases such as glaucoma, ocular allergies, and dry eye syndrome. Dr. Rossi is a member of several optometric societies and organizations. When not dedicating his time to his patients, Dr. Rossi enjoys spending time with his family, gardening and fishing.

Dr. Everett F. Marshall was born and raised in Montgomery. He graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University with a BS in Zoology. In May 2007, he received his Doctor of Optometry from the UAB School of Optometry.
Dr. Marshall is certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases. He also has special interests in pediatrics and contact lenses. In his spare time, Dr. Marshall enjoys fishing, hunting and golfing.
Dr. Fisher specializes in LASIK laser eye surgery and has performed more than 11,0000 successful LASIK procedures. At Primary Eyecare Associates, he uses the new, pioneering Z-LASIK femtosecond flapmaker for LASIK, as well as highly acclaimed VISX CustomVue equipment.
Dr. Fisher received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and earned his medical degree from the respected Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, N.C. He took his residency at the noted Wills Eye Institute in Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Fisher is board certified by and a fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology; he also is certified by the American Board of Eye Surgery. He practices refractive surgery and general ophthalmology. Dr. Fisher comes to Primary Eye Care Associates from the Eye Center of North Florida. His specialties include LASIK, no-stitch cataract surgery, contact lens Implants, and glaucoma.
